Introduction

Who are we:- A day service for people with disabilities and sensory impairments aged 18 and above. We provide and develop service lines designed to promote and maintain peoples independence through a comprehensive and high quality selection of day opportunities for service users.

Service Provided at Ladywell Centre are:-

Client Centred Care and Support
Specific Focus on Social Rehabilitation, Linkage with Purposeful Activities that are Educational, Recreational, Occupational and / or Social
Individual Service Users Programmes with Regular Reviews
Personal Care
Links to Community Educational and Leisure Activities
Flexable Catering Arrangements
Ladywell is an Accredited Centre for Providing Vocational Training
Provision for Service Users with mild/moderate Dementia

NPTC Accredited facility

Accessibility to Ladywell Centre:-

The service is available to the residents of Lewisham
Applicants to use the Day Service are made via a Social Worker or the local District Social Services Adult Team on behalf of individuals requiring the service
Applicants must have been assessed as meeting Lewisham's Eligibility Criteria.
Introductory visits are organised for prospective users when plans are initiated for use of the service
